Indigenous Resources
The Region of Waterloo Library is situated on the land traditionally used by the Haudenosaunee, Anishnaabe, and Chonnonton (Neutral) Peoples. We acknowledge the enduring presence and deep traditional knowledge, contributions and philosophies of the Indigenous People with whom we share this land today.
The Region of Waterloo Library offers materials for adults and children on Indigenous cultures, history, and literature, including the Indian Residential School experience and the Truth & Reconciliation process.
This list is not complete, and we welcome feedback on additional materials.
