Cognitive Care Kits
Do you or someone you know support a loved one with dementia, memory loss, or declining cognitive skills? Borrow a cognitive care kit to help make meaningful social connections while promoting brain health. Cognitive care kits contain puzzles, games, books, and sensory activities that encourage people living with dementia to practice interacting, manipulating, sorting, and organizing objects. These kits also inspire individuals to reminisce and to engage in casual conversation with their family and friends.
Six kits with three themes are aimed at those with early to mid stage dementia: animals, farm life, and the great outdoors. Six additional kits are aimed at those with mid to late stage symptoms: family life, seasons, and tools. Kits also include resources for caregivers and come in an RWL tote bag for easy transport.
All cognitive care kits can be discovered through our catalogue.
