Historical Newspaper: Waterloo Region Record (1893-2010). ProQuest’s Historical Newspaper provides fully searchable cover-to-cover access to Waterloo Region Record content from 1893 to 2010. Historical newspaper content is among the most sought-after primary source material in research including obituaries, birth notices, and local news.
Little Pim
Little Pim offers a leading language teaching method designed just for children. Short 5-minute videos hold their focus so they can begin their language learning journey on their own. Little Pim offers its videos in 12 languages including English, French, Arabic (Modern Standard), and Chinese (Mandarin).
World Book Student
World Book Student offers tens of thousands of encyclopedia articles along with nearly 700 videos and original animations and 17,000+ photos and illustrations. It also offers access to the World Book Biography Center, with more than 10,000 biographies of both historical and contemporary figures.
