All Library Takeout Appointments can be registered for by using our Events Calendar. To register for an appointment:
1. Go to our Events Calendar.
2. Search for the branch, time and location that works best for you. Starting July 27, we have expanded our appointments to allow 5 people every 30 minutes.
3. Click on the blue link with the branch name. (e.g. Baden Branch – Library Takeout)
4. Scroll down the page and click on the Register Online button. If the appointment time is already taken, the Register Online button will not appear and it will say Event Full instead.
- Please do not click on the Subscribe or Add to Calendar buttons. These buttons will not register you for an appointment.
5. Follow the prompts to enter the information required to register for an appointment.
- If you do not have an email address, you may use ours, libhq@regionofwaterloo.ca.
- You may also contact Ask a Librarian at 226-748-8030 for assistance.
- If you wish to collect other card holders’ orders, please note additional card numbers and names in the appropriate field. That will ensure we will have all your items ready to go when you visit.
6. IMPORTANT: Once you finish filling out the form, a message will pop-up confirming your registration is complete. You will also receive an email notification confirming your appointment.
- If you do not see a confirmation message pop-up, or if you do not receive an email confirmation, please email libhq@regionofwaterloo.ca or contact Ask a Librarian to confirm your appointment time.
