Region of Waterloo Library Service Plan 2013-2015

Last year, RWL conducted a Citizen Survey to learn what you think about current library services. More than 1,500 people were surveyed by phone and online, and the response was an unprecedented 9 out of 10 for overall satisfaction. Respondents also provided many thoughtful ideas and suggestions to make our services even better.

We listened to your ideas. A report with recommendations to improve library services and programs was prepared by library consultants at Kestrel Info Services.

This report was reviewed and refined into the Region of Waterloo Library Service Plan for 2013-2015. (Paper Copies available at all branches)
